In addition to play another thing that we love doing as a family is exploring the great outdoors. As this is another passion of ours I decided to set up an Instagram account solely for the purpose of sharing great places to visit. I have shared quite a few places on here in the past and I wanted to start up this series again as my camera roll is always full of lots of images and videos.
Today I want to share with you a recent visit that we had to - Ynys Y Pandy Slate Mill and Lake
I was contacted by Jay who is the owner of Glebe Cottages in Bude. I have only been to Bude once before, many years ago as a child. I recall the fun we had playing on the beaches and venturing into the towns and villages. He kindly invited us down for a stay and the thought of returning and doing it all again with my own children was really exciting.
This week we ventured to somewhere new - Churchfields Farm. We went Friday and I have already been back to revisit on Sunday with James and Neve in tow. What a lovely find it was! It's been a while since I shared on the blog places to visit so I'm excited to be back sharing some of my best finds with you.
Churchfields Farm is a lovely farm set in Droitwich with lots to offer for the family. It specialises in Ice cream and has a huge range of flavors available every day. They even have a mince pie flavour!
