Pokemon Go

We recently enjoyed a lovely day at Cannock Chase. We had planned to take a trip to find the Gruffalo, however decided to take a different walk completely. We encouraged our 3 year old to lead the way and she did a great job!

It was a glorious sunny day and lots of families were out enjoying the weather together!! The aroma of barbecues filled the air, squeals and giggles of children have a ball was music to the ears.

We took a picnic and enjoyed eating on our blanket while the twins enjoyed stretching out after a bottle of milk. After the picnic we had a little game of football before Daddy went tree climbing with Little N!! My heart was in my mouth but I resist being the annoying Mommy at the bottom of the tree and instead sent out my praise of her bravery!

It's a good job I took some spare clothes with me for her today!

One thing I couldn't believe is the amount of people that were on the hunt for Pokemon!!! Everywhere you looked there was somebody on the look out, celebrating with their friends and family when they successfully caught one!

It's a game that's taken the nation by storm, appealing to a range of ages!!

In fact I am sure that pretty much everyone knows someone (or is that someone) who has a collection of caught Pokemon. I must admit I too have the game downloaded on my phone and although I am not an avid collector I too have had a go!!

There is an unmissable Pokemon Competition going on at the moment over on NCC Home Learning!
